Very Rare Vintage Venetian Murano Glass clown open bowl Tall large small crack
The open body forms a bowl/basket. There is a crack on one stem of the basket - see photo. Due to the shape of clown/bowl the crack is stable as it cannot break free.
Apart from the aforementioned - the clown is in excellent condition although he does seem to lean a little - this is more noticeable from the back for some reason. He is stable on his feet - it is just his body that leans. I have quite captured the vibrancy of the colours - hes a little brighter in real life with some lovely colours running through the base - including a metallic bronze. Please see photos for overall condition and measurements. As you can see he is a tall chap - I've photographed him beside a regular drinks can for scale.
